DAY 1 – ARRIVAL AND INTRODUCTION TO MAGIC
Afternoon:
- Welcome at reception by the “Hotel Witches”
- Check-in to rooms after 3:00 PM (earlier arrival possible by arrangement with reception subject to room availability)
- Presentation of the magical welcome package: map of attractions, talisman, fortune-telling card
- Welcome drink: Elixir of Friendship forever binding you and the Fairy Tale Hotel
Evening:
- Themed dinner buffet – menu from the “Book of Spells,” dishes that will surprise you
- Wishing Cauldron – Dear Witches and Wizards – you will be able to make your dreams come true.
- Magical sauna rituals in our newly opened event sauna
- Film screening in the cinema room with popcorn
DAY 2 – MAGICAL ATTRACTIONS AND THE GRAND BALL
Morning:
- Breakfast with a prophecy – a prophecy awaits under every cup of tea!
- Magic workshops (choice of):
- Herbal workshops – health and eternal youth
- preparation of “aromatic elixirs” (oils, mists).
Afternoon:
- Relaxation zone in the SPA – herbal baths named, for example, “Witch's Bath” or “Rejuvenation Brew.”
- Spooky hotel tour – a guide dressed as a witch leads through the hotel’s nooks, telling legends and stories.
Evening (Andrzejki Ball):
- Official opening of the First Fairy Tale Ball of Witches and Sorcerers by the “Great Witch” and the “Master of Spells.”
- 4-course dinner by Witch Tatiana, Monika and wizard Bogdan

- Terribly delicious sweets buffet full of magical flavors
- Frightfully good snack buffet
- Dinner in the witches’ and sorcerers’ cauldron
- Non-alcoholic drinks: coffee, tea, juices
- Best costume contest (witch, wizard, fortune teller) – win a one-day stay with breakfast for 2 at Fairy Tale Resort
- Andrzejki fortune-telling in a magical edition:
- wax pouring into the cauldron,
- tarot, runes, apple fortune-telling,
- magical cups with symbols of the future.
- Dance ball with DJ and party until dawn
DAY 3 – FAREWELL WITH THE RITUAL OF LIGHT
Morning:
- Relaxing breakfast and fortune-telling from coffee grounds
- Candle Ritual – each participant lights a candle, says their wish for the future, and leaves it in the hotel’s “circle of light.”
Farewell:
- Receiving a happiness elixir upon check-out.
- Possibility to extend the hotel stay for free (until 2:00 PM) when booking a table on Sunday in advance and ordering Sunday lunch
But that’s not all! Our chief wizard will conduct the opening ceremony of the fairy-tale GARDEN SPA, which you can enjoy during your stay completely free of charge:
- Finnish sauna – a bath with a view of the forest
